I loved the product. This bag is very cute, it is about 20cm long and about 10cm wide. The strap is adjustable and the product arrived quickly, in very good condition. I recommend Ozo!
I was two ways about this item based on reviews, but bought it. Due to how it was packaged, on receiving it, there was a crease at the front. It wasn't overly noticeable, as there is a slight bend there anyway, but it bothered me and made me unhappy with the product (I am a perfectionist I guess). I contacted the seller, who offered me a coupon. When i asked if I could have a small partial refund to the price of the coupon, the seller disagreed with me saying the crease was a part of the design (which it wasn't as not all bags in pictures had it). When I presented further evidence and finally asked if the seller could offer me anything more, they accused me of being a malicious buyer and threatened to report me. While also saying that creasing and small damage is normal (so not a part of the design then??). I don't think anymore needs to be said. I know I am being picky, but the impatience and the extreme response was uncalled for.The product is still okay, but the seller not so much.✨
