How much is shipping? Where do you ship? Do you provide tracking?
We offer FREE global shipping to most countries, however we do not accept orders from or deliver to India, Qatar, or Iran at the moment, please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our site to receive a special offer and updates if this changes in the future) on all of our items with tracking sent to the email provided at checkout upon shipment.
For the Philippines some of our clothing pieces and some large accessories like shoes, and bags requires an extra shipping cost- we will email you with options and instructions in this case that you can choose or you can cancel your order free of charge.
Your order may be subject to customs charges which are separate from our shipment/out of our control and are charged by your postal system. Please contact your local post office for customs rate estimates, and let us know if you need any assistance using our Contact form in our Help Booth! After receiving your tracking number please give it a few days to sync up and show.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For most of our items your order may take anywhere to about 10-25 days from ordering to arrive, sometimes a little less or more depending. Rarely, for certain other items this may be longer up to usually around 30 days. Very, very rarely some special handmade items may take 50 days. Just message us via our Contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any concerns or inquiries regarding shipment/your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
My tracking number isn't showing information! What is happening?
Try our alternative tracking site https://parcelsapp.com/en (click here, link opens in a new window)! When your item arrives in your destination country, sometimes it may take a while to sync up again also, but after a while it should track as per normal!
What currency is my order processed in? Can I view the site in a different currency?
All orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates, and you may select your viewed currency on the website by using our currency dropdown bar at the bottom of our site!
Do you offer order cancellations?
We do not offer order cancellations so please ensure your order is correct before you submit it.
I placed the wrong address by accident! What do I do?
We understand! Please do check your order confirmation and ensure you have placed the correct address- if not please email email@example.com or click the following link to use our Contact Form with your order number/name/etc. and new address to change it as soon as possible! Once your item ships, we kindly ask understanding in that we cannot issue a refund.
For certain countries you may have to pay custom fees or duties for your order, please do check with your postal office for more information and estimates.
Where do you ship from?
Our collections are shipped from our valued design partners in Asia!
Do you ship to US Protectorates, APO, FPO, or PO boxes?
Currently we do not ship to any US Protectorates, APO, FPO, or PO boxes.
Can I ship my item faster for extra?
Currently this feature is on hiatus until further notice- we are currently not taking speedy shipping orders.
When this feature goes active again in the future, the instructions are as follows:

We will then message you back with a shipping estimation and instructions on how to complete your purchase. It is generally between $20-30 per item to reduce shipment time by 1-2 weeks.
